Little Roots Early Learning Home is now an approved Virginia Child Care Subsidy provider. Our Child Care Subsidy Vendor ID is 511076799. This milestone expands the ways eligible families can access our Virginia-licensed home-based child care program.
Little Roots Early Learning Home received its Virginia home-based child care license in July 2026. The program serves infants ages 6 weeks–16 months and continues to prioritize safe, nurturing early childhood care for military, low-income, immigrant, and working families.
Community Support For Women & Girl Child Inc. is approved for Google for Nonprofits, with Google Workspace for Nonprofits active for our organization. This access strengthens our digital communications and operational infrastructure as we continue building programs, partnerships, and community support.
In the spirit of open, accountable governance, we've published a Documents page featuring our IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter and Virginia Certificate of Incorporation. Donors, partners, and grantors can now review our official records directly on our website, alongside a link to verify our status independently through the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search.

We're excited to announce that enrollment inquiries for Little Roots Early Learning Home are open for families seeking infant care. At the time of this June announcement, the program was completing the final stages of Virginia licensing. Update: Little Roots received its Virginia home-based child care license in July 2026 and now serves infants ages 6 weeks–16 months. VQB5 / MCCYN participation remains pending.

Community Support For Women & Girl Child Inc. officially incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia and received our federal 501(c)(3) determination from the IRS, recognizing us as a tax-exempt public charity. This milestone allows donors to make contributions that are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law and lays the legal foundation for our 13 program arms, including Little Roots Early Learning Home and Golden Roots Home Support.
