We're excited to announce that our waitlist for Little Roots Early Learning Home — a licensed family day home serving infants ages 6 weeks to 15 months in Virginia Beach — is now open. Families interested in enrollment, including military families seeking MCCYN-eligible care, are encouraged to join the waitlist as we work through the final stages of our Virginia Department of Education licensing process.
Community Support for Women & Girl Child Inc. has completed key milestones toward licensing Little Roots Early Learning Home as a Licensed Family Day Home, including pre-licensure orientation and the development of comprehensive emergency preparedness and safety documentation to ensure the highest standard of care for the infants and toddlers we will serve.
Community Support for Women & Girl Child Inc. officially incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia and received our federal 501(c)(3) determination from the IRS, recognizing us as a tax-exempt public charity. This milestone allows donors to make fully tax-deductible contributions and lays the legal foundation for our 13 program arms, including Little Roots Early Learning Home and Golden Roots Home Support.
